The PERS PLUS base station has three large buttons: red, green, and yellow. To contact our call center (staffed 24/7 by Certified Emergency Medical Technicians), press either the red button on the base station or your pendant button. A certified EMT will speak to you via the highly sensitive base station intercom to assess your problem. If you prefer to reach the designated caregiver you have specified, press the yellow button. Finally, if you accidentally press a button or want to cancel a call for help, simply press the green button.

Additionally, our PERS Plus system has a wireless and waterproof pull cord for the shower or bath as well as a unique fall sensor. So, should you or your loved one fall while wearing the fall sensor device, and they are unable to activate the button, the system will automatically activate and call our call center.
